This podcast features Chef Vikram Vij.

He was born in India in the 60's, grew up in Amritsar and Bombay.  He moved to Austria to study hotel management and worked in a variety of restaurants, eventually moving to Canada in 1989 to work at the banff springs hotel.  In 1994 he opened his original 14 seat resturant "Vij's", and in 1996 moved to his larger and current location at Granville and 11th in Vancouver.
